Engine Service

2025 Engine service. first job was to run the engine with gearbox in gear, up to temp for 30 minutes. Drain engine oil, remove old filter and replace with a new one, then fill with 30W mineral oil. Ran engine for another 30 minutes to bring up to temp and check for leaks. Then on to the fuel filter, a new filter was filled with fuel to avoid air leaks and fitted to engine, finally, remove the drain plug from the gearbox, drained the oil, clean and replace the seal washer, and refill with 1.5 ltr of 30w mineral oil, run for 30 minutes and checked for any leaks. Recorded all details in the service book. Should see us good for 2025.
